This maintenance is required by the manufacturer, and like a major service on your vehicle, is performed at intervals based on total cup count or time. Our fixed quote includes replacement of required parts, as well as our labour to test, clean and adjust any additional parts and components.

If your coffee machine malfunctions, the equipment will sometimes display an Error Code which assists in pinpointing the issue. Some of these errors are minor and can be resolved over the phone, others will require a dedicated service visit. Please log a service request with our customer service team via the form below and include the Error Code in the message and we'll get back to you asap.
Once you've logged a service job, our friendly customer service team will give you an ETA for the technician to attend site. They'll also let you know if there's anything you can remotely to temporarily get the machine up and running (depending on the error). Once the technician arrives, he will test the machine and run diagnostics, before advising you of the suspected issue. For more common technical issues, we can give you an idea of cost before visiting if required.

The free initial service call-out means we'll attend site for a diagnostic at no charge. This offer applies to metropolitan customers in VIC, ADL, NSW and QLD. Any parts or labour involved in repairing the machine will be billable.
In the unlikely event that our technician arrives without the right tool or part for the job, then we'll return to site to complete the works. We will waive any additional service fee, with only labour and parts billable.
All of the genuine Franke parts we use in our service and maintenance come with a 12-month parts warranty.
